DELIVERY

All ready to ship items will be sent within 1-3 days of your order being placed. Your order will be sent via courier using a tracked ticket, and all orders to a non-rural address can expect delivery within 1-3 business days after receiving shipping confirmation. Deliveries do not require a signature, but if you prefer to have a signature required please let us know. Delivery timeframes are to be used as a guide only (from date of dispatch) and we will do our best to meet the indicated timeframes. 

Shipping starts from $5.00. If you have any issues with an item not arriving please contact us ASAP and we will follow up for you.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are passionate about what we make and always aim for high quality, handmade items and we would like you to feel the same way with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do let us know. 

Refunds will only be issued in the case of an item being faulty. We cannot give refunds for change of mind as all products are custom made. Contact must be made within 21 days after the date of delivery.

Please be aware that since all of the items in store are handmade to order, some variations between products may occur.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. For refund, items must be returned in their original condition and shipped back in appropriate packaging. Button + me is not responsible for any damage to items being returned and a refund will not be given if items are damaged when they arrive.
